On this course you will have the opportunity try some creative ideas and produce a personal journal to help you with changes in your life and improve your mind and wellbeing.
This course is intended to provide you with a deeper understanding of how different foods could affect how you feel and your moods, in an informal and friendly environment with an experienced tutor.
