On this Mental Health First Aid two day course, you will learn to spot the signs and symptoms of mental health and provide help on a first aid basis.

Learners must be aged 19 or over to be eligible for this course.

Arleston Community centre is a registered charity. The venue is fully accessible, has a large well equiped Kitchen and car parking for approximetly 15 cars. There are a couple of local shops including a newsagents a short walk away
Information, Advice and Guidance will be provided at the end of the course with a Learning Mentor, to help you continue your learning on a course in the community or discuss opportunities to look for work or volunteering.
