Learning for Wellbeing offers a range of free courses designed to help adults to improve their wellbeing. So if you’re feeling a bit low, stressed or anxious and want to improve your overall wellbeing these courses could be perfect for you.
Courses are tutored by friendly and professional staff, and all are short and usually run for 4 to 6 weeks. The courses take place in local venues across Telford, so there will be one running near you soon!
We will also offer you the support of a mentor too, who will be there to support you before, during and after the course to help you get the most out of your learning.
