During this course you will develop a variety of experimental weaving craft skills and create beautifully decorated woven crafts, to give as gifts for special occasions or use as ornaments for your home. You will also learn some enterprise skills and contribute to an project to make and sell craft pieces.

During the course you will produce a portfolio of work towards the Level 1 Award in Life Living and Skills - Craft Pathway (AIM Qualifications). If you have already achieved the qualification from Open College Network West Midlands Level 1 Award in Craft Design or Craft and Enterprise you will not be eligible to join this course.

This course is eligible for full funding via the government's Advanced Learner Loans scheme.
