This FREE friendly course will help you understand about stress and how it can affect our wellbeing. You will learn to recognise the signs and causes of stress and explore simple ways to manage it in everyday life and understand ways to cope with life's challenges at work and at home.

Topics include ways to find relaxation, journaling, practicing self-care routines, and finding the right support. By the end of the course, you will have practical tools and strategies to help you feel calmer, build resilience, and support your overall wellbeing.

This is a new introductory course to understand about children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and provide an opportunity to learn more through a supportive and informative approach.
This course is intended for parents and carers with children or adults with SEND, or anyone interested in looking for work within this area to support someone with SEND.
During this course you will develop a variety of craft printing skills and create beautifully decorated artwork and crafts, to give as gifts for special occasions or use as ornaments for your home. You will also learn some enterprise skills and contribute to an project to make and sell craft pieces.
During the course you will produce a portfolio of art and written work towards the Level 1 Award in Skills for Living and Work - Craft Pathway (AIM Qualifications). If you have already achieved the qualification from Open College Network West Midlands Level 1 Award in Craft Design or Craft and Enterprise you will not be eligible to join this course.
