This FREE course will give you the chance to explore the skills required to maintain your foot health. It will explore how to care for the toenails, skin, and look at treatments to benefit the feet and the whole body. You will have the opportunity to practice learnt techniques on your own feet and develop knowledge to support family & friends if required. Sessions will involve some anatomy to help understand our bodies and some massage and self-care techniques so you can pamper and look after your feet.
The course is taught in an informal and friendly environment with an experienced tutor.
Please bring along a towel to each session to use on yourself and wear clothing allowing you easy access to the feet.
At the first session your tutor will ask you to complete an application form. Please bring a form of photo ID with you to the course.
