This FREE course provides a basic introduction to Microsoft 365 programs.

The course is suitable for learners with some experience using a computer or tablet who would like to learn how to create Word, Publisher & PowerPoint documents as well as learn how to use Teams.

This course will support you to:

• Become confident with the layout of Microsoft 365 programmes
• Create and format Word and Publisher documents
• Produce well laid out & presentable PowerPoints
• Understand how to create groups, schedule meetings and participate in calls on Teams

Places on this course are limited to the number of computers available at the venue.

At the first session your tutor will ask you to complete an application (enrolment) form.  Please bring a form of ID with you to the first session.

This course runs for five sessions . Please check you can attend every session before you register for the course.

Learners must be aged 19 or over from 1st August 2024

Unfortunately you will not be eligible to enrol on this course if you live in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley, Solihull or Birmingham.

The course is FREE for those who are eligible to enrol on the course.
