Course overview

Our community courses provide an opportunity to work towards recognised qualifications up to Level 2.  They are for adults aged 19+.  Our Autumn 2026 courses will start in September. If you register your interest a member of our team will get in touch to discuss courses with you soon.

If you are not a native English speaker, please see our ESOL courses, which are especially for adults who have English as an additional language.

Session details

Courses run for between 6 and 13 sessions and start throughout the academic year.  Courses are available at a range of community venues across Telford and Wrekin.

What to Do Next

At the end of the course, our tutors will help and advise you on your next steps into further learning or work opportunities.

You can also search for other courses on the Learn Telford website, which we regularly update with details of new courses throughout the year.  We offer a wide range of short taster courses you can try in community centres around Telford and, when you feel ready to take your learning further, we can offer you an opportunity to join an accredited course and help you gain a qualification.
