Here at Learn Telford we are making some important changes to how we let you know about your course, and when to complete your application form

Once you register your interest on a course, you will get an on screen notification and an email from us with basic course details
Three weeks before the course starts, we will send you an email reminder
One week before the course starts, we will send you an email reminder and a link to the application form
Please complete it as soon as you can
Finally, the day before your course starts, we will send a final email reminder (and a link to the application form if you haven’t completed one already)
Once your course has started you will receive a reminder text message the day before each session
Before the final session, we will send you a link to a feedback form
